Kavcich Web Services is operated by Parker M. Kavcich as a sole proprietor. This notice describes information handled through kavcich.com and the Kavcich Web Services website inquiry process.

Information you provide

If you submit a form or contact Kavcich Web Services, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website, and message. We use this information to respond, prepare requested previews or estimates, provide services, and maintain business records.

Website and security data

The site records limited first-party interaction events such as page views, button clicks, form starts, successful submissions, and campaign labels in the page URL. Those conversion records do not contain IP addresses, browser identifiers, cookies, or form contents. Like most web servers, security and operational logs may separately contain an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and browser information.

Sharing and service providers

Kavcich Web Services does not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from site visits. Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, domain, security, backup, or notification providers only as needed to operate the service, respond to you, protect systems, or comply with law.

Retention and choices

Inquiry and customer records are retained while useful for the business relationship, legal obligations, security, or dispute prevention. Operational logs and backups follow their applicable rotation schedules. Marketing suppression records are retained so an opt-out remains honored. Every marketing email must provide a removal method; you may also email the address below.
