When do I pay the $24.99?

You pay the Website Development Fee after reviewing and approving the private working preview. If you decline the preview, it is not launched and you owe nothing.

Who owns the website and domain?

You own your supplied content and completed website files after the Website Development Fee is paid. Domain registration, account control, renewal, and transfer are governed by the registrar and registry. Whenever practical, the client should remain the domain registrant and control the registrar account.

Can I cancel the $14.99 monthly care?

Yes. Care is month-to-month. Before cancellation takes effect, request a copy of your site files or provide the details of a replacement host. Domain and third-party fees remain your responsibility.

What counts as one small monthly update?

A small update is up to 30 minutes of ordinary content work, such as changing business hours, replacing one supplied photo, adjusting a price, or editing a short section. Unused time does not roll over.

How quickly can the website launch?

The normal target is seven calendar days after all required business information and assets are received. Delayed content, revision requests, domain access, or third-party services can extend the timeline.

Does the website guarantee Google rankings or new customers?

No. The site includes sound structure and basic search metadata, but no honest provider can guarantee a specific ranking, lead count, or sales result.
